Cancellation Policy
1.    We require full payment for all services under $200 upon booking your appointment. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due when booking appointments over +200.00
.    All Payments are accepted via credit or debit card, Venmo https://www.venmo.com/u/ipreferpristine Cash app (https://cash.app/$ipreferpristine) Thumbtack and Apple Pay (using 814-807-9737) Zelle- (330)-400-6757 Janita W. **please note that when sending payments using Venmo, Cash app, or Apple Pay you will be required to send an additional $3 for processing. All fees must be paid in full before your scheduled service. A delay in payment will result in your cleaning being cancelled or rescheduled.

    4.    In the event that we come into your home and you are asking for more then what your appointment was booked for you will be required to pay additional fees. Due to you booking the incorrect service. We may either cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelled appointments will not be issued a refund!!! Under no circumstances. 
    5.    Deep cleaning for any room without prior knowledge (this does not pertain to deep cleaning packages)will result in a $55 fee plus tax for each room and possible rescheduling of your appointment if we are not able to accommodate your needs.
6. Since time is a very important instrument in our company we do not issue refunds for any reason. If you are ever unsatisfied with your services we will send a technician out to your home. Our staff will not clean anything additional. They will only be addressing the issues you had with your cleaning. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS!! If you are not satisfied with your cleaning please contact us immediately. You have up to 24 hours after serviced have been rendered. We take our customer satisfaction serious and if you are unsatisfied with your cleaning we can schedule someone to come back out to clean and address your concerns, but under no circumstances will we issue any refunds! We can’t get the time back it took to clean your home.
